Shipping policy
CBD-RICH-HEALTH offers the following shipping methods:
• Express Delivery in 1-2 days (working) 5,90€.
• There are two delivery attempts, the first will take place the day after the order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays), if the customer is not present, the courier will send an email to schedule the second step according to your needs.
You will receive a tracking number to track shipping. Go to the GLS ITALIA website by clicking the link below www.gls-italy.com and enter the "Tracking Number" you have taken from the email.
Delivery time 24h excluding Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria and disadvantaged areas (48h).

Is there duty/Tax?
Shipments within EU are not a subject to additional duties or tax. Shipments outside EU might be a subject to additional duties or tax, which are the buyer's responsibility. Please contact your local customs office to determine if duty amounts apply.
Where do we ship from?
We ship from our warehouse GORIZIA Italy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MASTERCARD and VISA cards.
We also stock all of the items we sell, we don't drop ship your orders, we handpick and pack every single item in our warehouse, within 24 hours from your order (Monday-Friday). Is my order secure?

What is your return/damaged item policy?
